“The Enchanted Winterland Quest”

Discover a magical winter wonderland deep within the boreal forest. The Enchanted Winterland Quest, originally created in 2018, is an immersive holiday experience that transports visitors into Canada’s northern wilderness, where astronomy, storytelling, and the legends of the Far North converge. Featuring impressive décor, programmable light curtains, and interactive tablet stations with winter-themed mini-games, it offers a captivating journey for visitors of all ages.

In 2024, in collaboration with CrossIron Mills, this signature experience was reimagined as Snowscape Adventure: The Quest for Alberta’s Golden Compass. Building on the original installation, this renewed version introduces a mobile app with 360° augmented reality, expanding the journey beyond the physical environment.

This new chapter invites guests to explore Alberta’s historic plains and uncover stories inspired by its landscapes and landmarks. Through themed environments and interactive gameplay, visitors are immersed in a refreshed narrative that blends regional heritage with engaging, technology-driven exploration.
