Yorkdale’s Journey to the North Pole

Studio Artefact imagined, designed, and built the immersive holiday experience at Yorkdale Shopping Centre, “Journey to the North Pole.” In this exciting seasonal event in Toronto, guests are invited to step into Santa’s magical spaceship and embark on a journey to the North Pole.

Our workshop's unmatched expertise and production capacity enabled our 12 departments to collaborate on this unique brand activation. Utilizing large-scale 3D printing, we created and manufactured this eye-catching, custom-made Christmas attraction for Yorkdale.

The adventure begins at the launch pad, where participants receive a boarding pass to enter the spaceship, which is equipped with 360-degree screens and a surround sound system. As the spaceship launches, guests embark on a magical and dynamic journey through space before arriving at the North Pole to meet Santa in person. Finally, guests have the opportunity to capture the moment in Santa’s control room and take home a cherished photo!
